It is currently a 19 diameter Propeller, but designed with symmetrical blades that can be cut down to smaller sizes and re-balanced affordably make different diameters.

According to pi the drive shaft diameter can be from 3/4 in for this Propeller and it will fit work fine. I bought this Propeller and cleaned it up to install on my own boat, but ended buying a used 3 blade Classic instead. It shows some pitting that is completely cosmetic.

This is a Max-Prop Classic by pi inc. The pitch of Propeller is also designed to be adjusted and thus variable, set using a chart available online from manufacturer, either by you or your local yard. Contact pi and explain you are interested in a 19 diameter Max-Prop Classic with any questions, before purchase.

They are actually more efficient in reverse than a standard fixed Prop due to the blades feathering 180 degrees and claim 96 efficiency full ahead, despite being extremely low drag when sailing. It turns, rotates and adjusts very smoothly easily. I do not believe this Propeller requires a service or rebuild.

The gears have seen so little use that they still their original machining grooves in them. As stated before it is very tight fitting and smooth acting.
