Has a little rust on the inside, and bit of scratches blades. Bought a few years ago used, and was used once by myself as spare propeller. Used Mercury Marine offshore series propeller with a few scratches. Overall 8 10 condition due to cosmetic imperfections though the propeller works perfectly.
