It is as pictured. Items are represented as is. Items were bought in a new and used spare parts lot. Item ran OK but had low compression in two of the cylinders.

Engine ran rougher under load as expected. All other parts worked normally. Most carriers will not pay claims without detailed pictures of the box, label, packing, and damage. Items are sold as is and pictured.

All these items came off a 2000 Evinrude / Johnson v4 90FPLSSH90 hp Outboard Motor 2 Stroke Engine. The engine did run and turn over and shifted like normal.

Engine had a test load propeller and was bought from Marine mechanical college. Trim pump was leaking but did work. Please research all the specs needed for your application. Please review all pictures on a laptop or PC to the details of each item.
